We have a 30-day guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your license key to request a refund or a replacement if something is wrong.
Eligibility for a refund or replacement
To be eligible, your request must meet one of the following:
- The license key does not work or fails to activate.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your license key was never delivered.
Your key must not have been successfully activated or redeemed, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a request, contact us at support@getqblicense.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Requests sent without first contacting us may not be processed.
Damages and issues
Please check your license key as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if it is defective, will not activate, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right — usually with a replacement key or a full refund.
Non-refundable items
Certain items cannot be refunded:
- License keys that have already been successfully activated or redeemed.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a refund for the item you have and, once the refund is approved, place a separate order for the correct product.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify your request, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
