At QuickBooks License Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital license keys, the following refund terms apply.

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital software licenses delivered by email. There is no physical item to return.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. Once a key is issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

• The license key is non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• The order was not delivered within a reasonable time and could not be fulfilled.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• You changed your mind after the key was delivered.
• You purchased the wrong edition but the key is valid and working (we’ll gladly help you choose correctly next time).
• Issues caused by your own device, operating system, or incorrect installation that our support can help resolve.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@getqblicense.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours and work with you to resolve it or process an eligible refund.
